You get attracted to other things according to your actions. This means that whether we know it or not, we are completely responsible for introducing positive and negative influences into our emotions. So let’s know how we can use the law of attraction.
How to use the law of attraction?
1. Free will
Everything in the universe has free will. In other words, your desires and manifestations must follow this principle.
You can master this principle of attraction and attract all the positive things you want, but if it violates someone’s free will, it won’t work.
2. Practice unconditional love
When you don’t think you deserve something, you’re not going to get it. Subconscious and deep fears and doubts will send totally clear messages.
If you subconsciously feel like you are not entitled to have that thing you want, then you will be in direct competition with your desires.

Your instinct will try to fight certain feelings by making use of positive thoughts like for example: “Do not be afraid at all” and sometimes direct motivations like: “You deserve this”.
3. Your intentions versus the intentions of others
You are also in competition with the intentions of others, whether good or bad.
So be aware that if your desire is in direct conflict with another person’s stronger desire, the universe will respond accordingly.
The law of attraction does not give full control of your life, it simply states that like attracts like.
And you can use the power of thought to your advantage. However, you should be aware that this is not magic.
4. Be open to possibilities
It is very important to deal with your fears and doubts. Then you will need to replace fears as well as doubts with appreciation and gratitude.
Recent positive feelings are shifting outlook and expectations, opening a door to the great opportunities that are gradually looming on the horizon.
Maybe you just don’t see how the Law of Attraction has worked for you in the past.
You can hope, be in a good mood, dream, and have intentions throughout the day, but at some point you’ll have to take a step back.

5. Discover the relevance of desires
Now is the time to understand your desires. When you have imagined everything you want, dispel your doubts as well as your fears, then find out how this law has worked in your life previously.

If you have to practice this technique on something bigger, it can be a tricky exercise. Use your imagination.
If you are trying to lose some weight, make the decision to buy an outfit that matches your future height.
When you want to buy a new car, go to the best dealership.
With the idea that you want something as important as complete financial freedom, you can start planning the things you want to do in your spare time with all that money.
The important thing is to act by visualizing that you have all the things it takes to be successful. However, be careful not to be too extravagant.

6. Free your body
Get rid of your inhibitions! Practice releasing your body and dancing as if no one is looking at you.
This exercise can help you overcome inhibitions. Some individuals face feelings of embarrassment and shame even when they are alone.
But what’s the harm in playing out an imaginary scenario when no one is there to witness it? Does it still sound silly?
We get used to thinking and caring from the point of view of others. And even when we are alone, we are so conditioned to care about our image that we often inhibit our actions.
So, practice releasing all that is in you with a dance as if no one is looking at you. That’s all it takes for this exercise to work.

The majority of us walk around performing daily actions without intention.

And too often, our distracted thoughts and feelings drift away from the action we are performing.
To truly work with the Law of Attraction, you have to be intentional in your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Intention focuses the activity of your brain and uses all available resources to help you take action.
This type of disciplined focus will help you achieve faster and more precise results when using the Law of Attraction.
So, to train yourself to be intentional, all you need to do is focus on a daily activity and set your intention on every action you take as part of that task.
At first, the practice will seem extremely tedious to you, but keep practicing and watch how your attention shifts to the reality of the moment.
